[I still cannot teleport anywhere in second life I have tried everything]

I have tried uninstalling and installing 5 different viewers. I have attempted to take off almost everything on my avatars' body I have cleared cache. rebooting my whole computer. There has got to be a solution for this..can anyone help me. I am going insane trying to fix this issue. How do I fix or go into changing my firewall from blocking outbound  TCP port 12043, I have tried to change my bandwith and that doesn't do anything either

[I cannot teleport in world every time I do I crash tried sl viewer and phoenix and my groups gone]

I cannot teleport in world everytime I try I crash. I have tried last location and home. I have tried sl viewer, Phoenix, and singularity. This started 3 months ago after logging in from being gone for several months. Also when I logged in 3 months ago all of my groups were gone!. I have tried clearing cache. Please help!...this is driving me crazy.
