Can't gift anything to anyone from marketplace? This started after the recent DD upgrade.

Upgraded my viewer to take advantage of the new DD and I can purchase anything for myself with no problem.  When i try to gift anything to anyone, I get the option to put their name in the gift box. After I hit "find resident", it searches and then stops with no errors anywhere.  I continue to try and get the same result no matter who's name i put in the box.  I had my Fiancee check as well and it happens to her.  Tried with Firefox as well as IE 64 and IE 32 browsers with all having the same result.  Is this a problem that is sporadic or is it across the board?

I am able to add your name to an item as a gift without a problem.  I get the "Include a Gift Message (optional)" box after it finds your name.  So it's not happening across the board.
