Trying to buy land, have the L$ and such .. but ... "cant authenticate you" dialog comes up?

When I click to buy land I get an error message saying it "cant authenticate you". What do I need to do?

Mainland purchase ... I am 5yr premium with pay info on file, even age verified. Seller is not Govenor Linden.

Still trying to log back on.... keeps telling me wont be available for 5 min. yada yada

Is the Land Mainland? Or, rental land?

Did you purchase the upgrade to Premium Membership?

Do you have payment Information on File at your Dashboard (account page)?

I can assume that you've purchased Land at least 1x in the past 5 years.

I don't think it would be a Cache issue, never hurts to try to clear the cache.

A friend could buy the land and then try to set it for sale to specifically you. (if it's not a lot of land)

I can check the SL Grid Status. Edit: Grid status does not mention any issues with land transactions. There is a notice about Ghosted avatars

I'm guessing you tried to relog.

Is the Seller Governor Linden, yes or no? (no resident names) I ask because some recovered Abandoned parcels have had reports of problems in the past.

You can file a ticket with Support for a land issue.

Live chat is from 8-8? ...missed it today I think.

I cannot think of any technical reasons why.

I think the Age verification is needed to buy land in a region that is classified as adult for instance.
