Fill it with sand or float your live-aboard - either way 285 prims is enough to make it your own little beach hideaway! This is not protected water, but the neighbour's water is accessible for sailing to the ocean, and if you run out of prims decorating you can always rez your boat on my beach, next parcel over, and go sailing from there. Lots of great ocean sailing around the Gaeta V coast! Currently used by my landside neighbour for boat storage. Feel free to return his stuff if you buy. Enjoy looking, and have a great day!
