http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Takeuti/123/6/24 This one is a nice flat large square land in a sought after region, with the sale I will give you the tiny plot enough for walking entrance from the protected roadside street - which is adjacent but can't be joined only because it is in the next region (1L for the transaction)  You can connect with your build, it just cant be joined because this is the way Secondlife is set up, lands in different regions can't be joined so that I can sell it as one-there is no risk as that one is not set up for sale since I am holding it for the buyer of the above land-so there is no worry in getting it, I'm reserving it for that purpose only.

Why?  Moving on, and concentrating on building and scripting.

All the lands I've acquired and sold have been profitable above land fees, photo uploads and listing fees in search-even though

I sold less than market 90% of the time.
