To be clear, this is not an oceanfront parcel. It also isn't L$100,000 or even L$10k (less than half that!). But it is open to ocean sailing. The public access is maintained by myself and a neighbour who shares my philosophical belief in a free access SL experience. Neither of us has plans to move from this great location - my end of the sailing channel is primland for one of my home lots, so it stays. With that said, if I do ever sell my own land here it will be offered first to you and 1 other neighbour, at or below L$3/m.
