It is right in the middle of the continent so you can either go north and explore the fun waterways and open seas that way or, my favorite, sail south all the way down to Sanara. Great way to spend an evening. Ended up in the Sea of Fables. Lots of room. Lots of prims. In a great spot. No weird builds around.
