Beautiful active cobblestone roadside. Country setting. Not mine but there is also a parcel for sale right next door if you want or need more room or prims.
I have a parcel right across the road and love it there. Highly recommended and there is a reason why there aren't any abandoned parcels on the road and so few for sale.
People stick around as it is a great spot on the grid.
