These beautiful stylish house boats, have breathtaking  water views from all windows, each one has been carefully positioned so you can see the sunset and sunrise, no more choosing just either or.... Sit back and relax listening to the ocean waves in the background, while sipping your favourite drink, as each gentle breeze washes over you, hearing the subtle sound of the carefully chosen wind chime.....
We have taken great care, with the sounds to make sure they are not over powering or too many of them, balance is key 🙂
Each house boat is parked up next to its own mini island of sand, which is yours no need to share! each  with an animated dock & row boat.
Adult animations in each house boat, option to add your own furniture or move around/return ours.
These weren't put up overnight, great care has been taken to provide tenants with everything they could possibly want.  Please take a minute to take a look around.
We have security orbs on request for those who like their privacy, you will get your own land rights with each plot as well.
Also comes with TIS Hybrid Dance System
We have TV slide shows you can add your own pictures to, same with picture frames, if you like something in a different house boat we can easily rezz for you.
We offer Great Customer Service,  ask any of our existing tenants or my previous ones 🙂
1st rental is minimum of 2 weeks, after this you pay weekly or monthly your choice... we ask for the 1st minimum tier, in case a tenant moves in returns all the furniture & decor then leaves, it gives us a bit more breathing space in between re decorating.
We will also provide Tier bonuses & have a friend referral program, this info is all on the note card given, we like to appreciate our tenants 🙂
Landmark is for the middle of the sim, (where you will find water floaties)  fly around, these are new so they are all up for rental... hurry pick your favourite!
