Qualifications:

• Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude. You must enjoy working with people. 

A verifiable and concrete history within SL real estate is required, not optional. We will not train you on the basics of managing a rental company, we require that you have this experience and knowledge. We will not make an exception for this requirement. We will only train you on the specifics of our company, our specialties and how they pertain to the operations of your job at Crisp Estates. Advanced knowledge of parcel management, including terraforming, prim and SQM allocation, land management.

• While this is a management role, you are also expected to sell and help our clients. 

• Fluent/proficient English is required. Additional languages are STRONGLY encouraged and we advise you to please let us know which you speak :)

 Voice is required for this position. We can't make exceptions for this position. If you cannot voice for whatever reason, we may have space for a rental agent, please speak with Alexis directly 🙂

 Contingent with your goals, there is an option to advance to a Manager position (above Assistant Manager) if there if the feeling is mutual. 

 

Job Description

• Assist clients with daily requests (upgrades/downgrades/new rentals/general questions and procedures). Schedule weekly meetings with staff, train new staff, assist with complex/advanced rental questions, including, but not limited to: parcel management, terraforming, prim allocations. 

• Sell new properties, outline features of properties, advise best practices. Answering incoming IMs from customers + staff members. Provide direction and be an example for the team.

 Attend group meetings, meet and exceed group goals as outlined on a weekly and/or monthly basis. 

 Assist team members meet their goals and provide coaching. 

 

Pay:

• Highly competitive base (weekly) salary + commissions (daily) + bonuses (monthly).
