UNBLOCKABLE OCEANFRONTS, THE MOST VALUABLE LAND IN SL:
At least one side of your parcel is either Governor Linden ocean, river, beach, water Sim Edge, or Linden DPW, so you can never be blocked by a neighbour bully! Sailable Water Boat Access and Submarine Seabed Access means a slip you can launch your vehicle from your home and sail or fly into connected Linden Oceans.

In order to rent you have to pay an additional fee to join the group in order to use the land (yes this money will go towards your rented time, sucks if you want to rent for just a week).

You have no rights to change the parcel settings like its usually common on rentals (you join the land group and this gives the rights to change the settings, even on mainland).

I asked this user to refund me, not even one hour had passed. User refused to give me a refund or to allow me to change the settings on my own as needed.

Mind you this would have not been a problem, if all this information would have been disclosed in the beginning.

I would have not rented from her and she is aware of this, otherwise she would have refunded me or let people know.
