High quality custom lapdance chair

I am looking for a scripter and builder to make a custom lapdance chair. The following are spec qualifications:

- Must be 100% high quality mesh with materials enabled.

- Does not have to be full perm. Only COPY/MOD has to be allowed.

- Cannot be resold. Must be exclusive.

- Original design.

- Script animations must be high quality (ie Dutchie lapdance chair animations). Originality is a plus.

- Design must be modern/futuristic.

Price is completely negotiable. I usually pay top dollar if the final product meets my quality standards. DO NOT IM me if you do not work with quality mesh.  I want the best and I pay for it. This is for an in-world upcoming business. I look forward to hearing from you.
