Requirements
- Must not be less than 30 days old
- Attractive human avatar
- Prior experience preferred
- Good independent decision making capacity
-Minimum 4 hours per week dedicated to management duties
-Good communication skills

Responsibilities
- Organize club staffing for regular business hours
- Maintenance of ad boards and furniture
- Staffing for events, weekly promotions & event ideas
-Assist with hiring and training of new staff
- Advocate for desires of the staff (furniture, events, perks, etc.)
- Club promotion via community calendar, forums, in world ads, partnerships, etc.
- Develop and maintain an effective team culture at all times
- Provide optimal level of customer services to all guests
