CLUB AVALON NOW HIRING DJS AND NEW MANAGEMENT!!!

Well howdy, I am kinda stealing my host managers idea a bit here because it's awesome and he gets cake for it later. ALSO IT IS A LOT TO READ BUT AT THE END. It really does help A TON. Also because I prefer putting this first than last contact :spadergabe(OWNER),dead.rain(CO-OWNER),nexfortuna(HEADMANAGER).

So heres the deal we are currently opening on the 4th with two big contests for the new years YAY free moola the kicker is to those who come kick it with us get a gacha gifty from me (co-owner and pain in the behind).

Anywho, on from that neat little bit, let me know. WE ARE HIRING. CLUB AVALON NEEEDDDSSS new DJs willing to learn, live DJs, sync DJs, ANY KIND hell we even allow country (for a small period). ALL genres are allowed. Now here are the simple simple rules at out lovely AVALON.

Le 1: We expect you to be on time in general but I believe that is common sense. First day on the other hand is MOST important with PUNCTUALITY. UNLESS!!! You speak to me and we make a deal. We are a extremely flexible club specially around HOLIDAYS. You do however have a leniency of 10 mins. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT. We expect you to either already have a cover dj or contact one of the managers/co-owner for HELP BEFORE your shift. No last min crap.

Le 2: WE DO NOT ACCEPT ROMANTIC RELATIONS WITH THY CO-WORKER. We won't fire you for it until it becomes a problem of course but it is very much so frowned upon because primarily it causes many many issues if said co-workers/lovers start arguing. So yeah big no no. With the exception of already being with them when both are hired.

Le 3: We do have our own stream if you do not have one but with this comes the most important rule next to num four, DO NOT PASS THAT STUFF AROUND. The owner breaks his back to pay for the stream and it would be rather rude to take his kindness and shove it somewhere it does not belong. SO CLUB STREAM STAYS IN THE CLUB.(kinda like the fight club)

LE 4: IF DRAMA STARTS DO NOT HANDLE IT YOURSELF. Unless someone is not on and I am always on so no excuses. If someone starts crap with you please follow this rule. A: ONE warning not two not three, ONE. B: If the person causing said issue cannot listen the first time send one of the managers or myself a message giving the name and what was said DO NOT push the matter and make it worse. This club is meant to be fun, DRAMA is not fun. So leave it at the door.

Le 5: Last rule. BE JOYFUL. This is your job even if it is SL. Take some pride in it. We have had many a dj that whine on mic to the crowd. (I know funny right) but it has happened so please if you are having a bad day let the management know so we can either talk about it or find a cover.

MANAGEMENT DJ& GENERAL

For the management section your jobs are fairly easy.

DJ management: CAN YOU USE SAM AND VIRTUAL DJ? IF SO, THEN YOU ARE ALREADY HIRED.

Other than that your job is to enforce the rules up top to your employee's /co-workers. Also be sure you are polite, courteous, and follow the rule for drama (in other words speak to me and I will elaborate a bit more since that rule is slightly different.)

Other parts of this job HIRING DJs, and you as a DJ yourself will know what that means.

Also letting our DJs know that they have a choice to either have open mic or closed mic for THEIR sets.

NO CONFLICT BETWEEN DJs AND HOSTS. Yes, the DJs will be under your care but the HOSTS are also your responsibility. If they come to you and the host management is not around you will need to help. Which means THE HOST MANAGER, AS WELL AS THE DJ MANAGER, NEED TO WORK TOGETHER. This is not done enough and we'd really like to see this happen because it makes things run a lot smoother.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT: You are there as representatives for your higher ups meaning you help direct people to where they need to go. Contact those who need to be contacted, help spread the word and watch over the general traffic coming in and out of the club. Also pass out VIP tags if a host misses someone and be sure to look around for new nifty things that will make this club even GREATER. You are basically the building blocks that make this club stable. For those who DO WELL in this job, they will be moved up to being a HEAD MANAGER (Dj management and Host management has the possibility as well but they are already in a awesome league of their own)
