Need help with marketplace listings

I put all my breedables that I want to sell in the magic box, and created listings for them.  When I sync magic box to marketplace, it still puts duplicate items as unassociated.. i delete but they come back.  Example... I have 60 of the same item in magic box, made one listing, 60 available, and yet, it still shows up as unassociated when i sync the box.  Do they have to stay there in order for me to sell even though they are in the magic box and if not, how do i stop them from constantly re-appearing in the unassociated items list?  Thanks in advance..
