Need Simple Windows Built For Padre Island House

Bumping this up as I am still looking for somebody to build me my windows.

I don't need any opening/closing nor tinting functions, I pretty much just want a window pane with some wooden bars.

Hi,

 

I am looking for somebody who can build me some windows for the upper floor of my L2 Padre Island house.

The windows currently have shutters, but no real windwo pane.
