IM's not transmitted

Hello there,
on behalf of a friend has been hacked. Now he could get his avatar. But there is a problem. It does not get my Im's. And I do not get hers. Yet, our avatars are not blocked. what should I do?

Sorry for your issue KenZakuMi, 

I'm also sorry for the issue that your friend went through. Seeing as your avatars are not muting each other, it seems like a lag issue or a issue on Second Life's part. I would recommend you and your friend to file a ticket on the Second Life Website and they will generally get back to you in a quick manner.
