I don't understand why am I having -5Linden.

Someone said it's about my groups something so I leaved all groups but the problem is

I can't earn the Linden. I did a lot of things to earn money again, but whatever I do the money still shows -5 Linden.

what can I do. I suppose to earn more than 50L

Are you looking at your balance in the viewer? It is sometimes buggy and does not show correctly your real amount of Lindens. Click the $ icon (several times if necessary): it should refresh and show the correct amount.

But most of all, check your Linden balance on your dashboard. The amount displayed here is always the true one. That's the place to look at to be sure your balance shows properly.

You mean the icon on the top? I clicked a lot but nothing happened and still money is not increasing whatever I do.

Then it means you REALLY have -5 L$. Do you by any chance co-own some land? You might have been charged for group-owned land liabilities. If this is the case, you may also want to abandon such participation in the land ownership so you won't be charged again in the future. In the meantime, I will log in briefly and send you 10 L$ so you are not into a negative balance that would prevent you even from buying free stuff.

Now I got a 5 L$ because of you I really thanks to send 10 L$. But I think I never owned any land probably so still mystery why my money is not increaseing

Looks like your balance is working, since it increased when I sent you 10L. Try to participate in some contests or other ways of earning money in SL. It should work correctly and increase according to your earnings. Good luck!

Sadly I won 10L just right now by a puzzle game, but money is not increased I really confused....

Very weird indeed! I would suggest you do a clean reinstall of the viewer. Some cache files are probably corrupted. Here's how to do it. These instructions come from the Firestorm team but work for all viewers. If you are using the official SL viewer, just replace "firestorm" by "secondlife" where needed.

I really thanks to trying to help me but money is still not increased although, I did what you say. I guess the reason is some kind of mistake perhaps, something I did worng so money is not earned. Even I don't konw what that is so I think nobody can fix it....
