Yes. It's been broken since December 11th, and it does not show as resolved yet.

[uPDATED] Scheduled Profile Maintenance

[uPDATED 7:32 PST 12 December 2013] Scheduled maintenance to in world profiles is still in progress. We are working to restore consistency to the snapshot uploading process. Profiles may be unavailable during this time. Please keep an eye on this blog for further updates.
