the uncheck of "public access " doesn't block the teleport of people to my land "Endless delight"

I past when I offered a teleport to a friend not in the allowed list when "publicaccess" spot was unchecked,the friend avatar was redirected out of the land.

Now the friend is teleported in the land also when the "public access" spot is unchecked,and his name is not included in the "allowed" list.
