Avatar mesh and change texture script (big problem)

I have a problem ... hi created an avatar mesh and I split into parts, so it is composed of multiple meshes, in order to match a hud that changes the texture. Unfortunately, all this does not work perfectly from the moment you load the mesh with the check "position reached"
when I change the texture of a mesh to another with the hud is as if the avatar jump. I feel that this thing is unsolvable as long as I rebuild a new avatar with the position of the joints of second life.
Or is there another solution?
