can someone tell me why I can't log into my account

I have been trying to log into my account since last night it's not allowing me to log in at all. I am using the firestorm viewer and I have tried other viewer's and no matter what viewer it is I can't log in if someone can help me please I will be forever greatful.

A very common issue is A) you misspelled or forgot your password - then you can recover it there: https://secondlife.com/my/account/request.php

or B) the region you're trying to connect to is offline, in that case just enter the name of any other region into the 'Start At' field on the viewer's login-screen (e.g. "Sandbox Goguen" - without quotes).
