randomly griefed by someone now my avatar gets pushed by something how i make it stop

two days ago i was on a sim and got griefed by someone and since then my avatar has been being pushed  around by something i cant find or see i checked everything it wasnt lag or cache. next to that my char repeats some of the sentaces i type if there is any1 that can help or if a LL person reads this plz reply.:matte-motes-crying:

Teleport to a different sim. If the problem continues, then it is something that you are wearing. Detach things until you find it. If the problem only happens on one sim, it is an object on the sim.
