Why didn't I receive my premium Lindons?

Why didn't I receive my 1000 Lindons for signing up for a premium account and received  only received 300 three weeks later? I should have gotten 1000 and 300 a week fron the day you recieved my payment.

The 1000L are paid after 45 consecutive days being premium. You'll get them before Xmas! :smileyhappy:

* L$300 of virtual currency deposited to your account weekly to shop. 
** L$1,000 virtual currency bonus will be deposited directly into your Second Life account if your Premium membership is active for 45 consecutive days after initial sign-up.

I can except the 1000 after 45 days but why didnt i receive 300 the prior weeks?

If you did not receive the weekly 300L, you must contact the Billing Support or Live Chat. Check carefully your transaction history: the payment is indicated as "source: system". It's on your dashboard > account > transaction history.
