Welcome to Second Life Answers, dagatorzz.

I'm not 100% I'm understanding what you're meaning, but I can tell you that the Linden Homes have proved so popular that sometimes a chosen theme of Linden Home will temporarily run out and Linden Lab offer an alternative.

You do not have to accept or stay in a Linden Home.  You can abandon it and try again to obtain the type of Linden Home of your choice.
