I keep getting a spam notice, where is it coming from?

I keep getting this message in local chat "[23:30:21] Second Life: AntiSpam: Blocked 57fdf89a-4e0c-48ea-dfc4-a4867c62aa19 for spamming a Sound (120) times in 2 seconds."

How can I find out where it is coming from? and what is sending it, so I can block or remove it, please?

So you are on Firestorm? Try turning off the spam blocker (Avatar -> Preferences -> Firestorm -> Protection) and you may be able to hear the sound.
