How do I use my current credit balance on my acount to purchase a Premium membership?

I mean that i want to buy land from an auction, not to rent. What happens to this land if I end my premium membership? Is the land still mine, or it is taken?

What happens if i buy a mainland/island during muy premium membership. but all of a sudden, I can not pay my fee? Is the land sold out/taken/put on an auction?
