Hi everyone, My old account has been placed on administrative hold. The thing is that I have been in a trip for a week and when I got back I couldn't log. it said the account is on hold. I have tried to submit tickets several times but it was always closed saying it was placed on administraitve hold. Note that it's been month since it happened. Lost my friends list and all the things I could buy during 3 years. Anyone can help please? Thanks in advance.
