when i go to the store to pick my group gifts,with the goup on and click on the gift i cant take it, what can be?

ese problema es que tu tarjeta de graficos se quemo a mi me paso asi una vez la lleve al tecnico y me dijo que se habia quemado la tarjeta de graficos.inclusive me la enseno para que viera como habia quedado asi que ve pensando en una nueva tarjeta de graficos o una nueva pc
