Will Second Life operate on Windows RT?

My partner has a premium member ship and woudl like to allow me to build adn edit in her Linden Homes prperty. How do we set this up? Thank you

Please help some ignorant newbies. We just got a Linden Home and have been unable to open any boxes with furniture in it. The icon tells us we do not have permisison to drop or build here. We have premium membership, and think that we shoudl be able to do those things. What are we missing? Thnak you for your help.
