Recently, I lost most of my notecards. I have 15 hours of interviews which are extremely important to me that are missig. Is there any way to get them back?

I cannot use my arrow keys to allow my avatar to walk run jump etc. I have rebooted my computer, clicked on the esc key, re-installed Phoenix but without success. Can you please tell me how to fix this problem as i cannot play in Second Life without the use of the arrow keys. Thank you.

When I push the arrow keys it makes me look at the sky or the ceiling if I am in a building. How can I get my arrow keys to work right again. I have re-installed Phoenix, re-booted my laptop, clicked on esc key tried once then tried twice and cleared my cashes. Can you help me fix this problem?

When I try to walk run jump the screen pops and I am looking at the ceiling or the sky. then I have to use the cameral controls to find my avatar again. I am unable to move my Avatar. I have rebooted my lap top, clicked escape once with no change clicked escape key twice some suggested with no change. I have cleared both caches and still am having the same problem. I cannot play in Second Life because of this problem. Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem?

I am getting the message that my avatar has 7% memory is there anything I need to do?
