I have the item and photos uploaded, the item shows up as listed, but i go to the store and nothing! How do I get it to show up in the store?

I've had 4 prem accounts and never gotten the allowance for any of them.. How do I contact Linden to see about getting it? Is ther a phone number, chat email, anything???? HELP
