What happened to reviews?

Why am I suddenly not able to write reviews on things I buy? I also cannot write a review on gifts I have received. This is very uncool, as I have several complaints about some really crappy products I have purchased recently. This needs to be fixed asap please!!

Normally all residents have this option enable however if you abused this power linden lab can take it out.
