Most half sims are going for 10K a week and this price that we quote will never fluctuate. Our venue has been going for more than 2 years and we are not going anywhere so no fear of us packing up shop. 

 

Feel free to use the land for commercial intrest or rent our sections that you dont need. We just want a nice established business that will like to form a long term relationship on our sim.
