Looking for 400 prim rental/Land Skybox or quiet Mainland

Hello! Due to the person where I rented before having to sell her land, I am needing a cozy space for my spring retreat. As I was very spoiled and never had to pay more than 2850 per Month so far, I would prefer to stay in that range of Linden. If anyone who is -not- going to sell or move etc during this and next year would be interested in offering me such floating Land parcel where I can set up a House and a few trees (please no fake sky around it, I love Windlights and their skies), kindly contact me either in world -> Talismere Roecastle or per E-mail -> talismere@gmail.com. We can haggle a bit, but yeah I'd need around 400 prims (bought too much as I was allowed 500 prims where I was before) for preferably 3k per Month. Oh! I do want Security-thing as in, people can't cam into other people's house while on sim. Thanks!
