What in the hell went wrong.

 Can somebody tell me what went wrong inbetween this:

I rigged the head, torso and pelvis, respectably to the Mhead, Mchest and Mpelvis bones. Though during the import, apparently it flipped the parts of the meshes, how is this fixed?
