Avastar add-on

Trying to learn avastat add on that i just loaded and the left side bar has disappeared that allowed me to subdivide mesh object among other things? Anyone know how to bring this back?

ensure the cursor is placed somewhere over the 3D viewport, then press "t" on the keyboard. there is also a video series about the bare necessities from the viewpoint of a seconld life user:
