Question posed: "But does it help promote the idea that smoking is glamorous and [thus] increase the chance that others might smoke in RL?   The question isn’t funny. The responses from the influence susceptible people are funny and sad.   We have studies and stats regarding the effect of exposing children to portrayals of various behavior and particularly smoking.
