Monthly events will be hosted so that our residents will fill involved in the community and are able to participate with their fellow neighbors. Each resident will have their own unique mailbox to make delivering messages easier between the town and neighbors. You may swap out your own house with a prim allowance of 150 per parcel, with the exception of town homes or apartments. Town homes and apartments may not be switched out.
