If you have any technical questions (not inventory), hard to contact with the support. So I can ask about my inventory only? 😲 This is weird a little bit, so I think the time is here for a user friendly support ticket system. This is not a big work, don't need any development, just a communication specialist.   7. Hi Everybody! I would like to introduce a new member of the Linden Support team, Boxy 5000. Boxy 5000 is a virtual assistant/support bot trainee. But wait, wasn’t there already a chatbot who answered questions for premium users? Indeed there was! Boxy 3000 was the earlier model of the trainee chatbot. We are learning from some design flaws and moving forward with a more advanced bot. Boxy 3000 has been re-invented and given an extra 2000! But wait a second time! Won’t this bring about the machine apocalypse? Not just yet–Boxy 5000 is more advanced and learns as they go but Skynet is still a few upgrades away. The upgraded bot will be a 24/7 support option for both premium and non-premium residents! (Previously only available for premium customers.) Boxy will have the ability to answer commonly asked questions, keep you up to date on current issues, help with ticket submission and in some cases handle a support request. Boxy has uses for all residents, from early adopters to fresh new faces. For new and more casual residents Boxy is available to help them find the support they need.   8. I literarily put a ticket in three days ago to have my region moved, which costs $150.00 to do apparently, and have had exactly one automated response to date. Does anyone know how long it actually takes to move a sim, what's involved, why they don't respond and whether or not they've had to stop payment on their banks end because of non delivery? Or how to go about canceling the authorization if they just don't do it, I guess? Not having any confidence in this service right now and never experienced this type of thing with a business before where you authorize money to be withdrawn and they don't acknowledge or give indication when the service or withdrawal of funds will take place. So i recently noticed BOM would not load when i added tattoos and other items, and recently deleted the skin to see if that would repeat anything, but now my avatar seems permanently messed up, and no clue how to fix this, no matter what the avatar has same look to it now, even when i remove mesh now, it still stuck, Included a screen shot showing the textures, i have same problem on both regular SL viewer as well as Firestorm, but my second account still has no issues Please if someone could help would be much appreciated Edit: Saw someone recomend show equipped outfit, so i have taken 2 more screenshots, first one shows how looks when i load in and what it looks like to everyone else, second one shows when i edit appearance revealing what it should look like but does not change for anyone else
  11. It's been a few days since I bought my L$ for them to arrive, within a few days, and so far nothing! What makes me confused is that the delivery period for the lindens was only 1 day and almost 1 week has passed, and it never took so long. Look, I've bought it this way and I've never had a problem, the point is that I use lindens to invest and when I want to buy something with a better rate and still a fast delivery, it's the best option for me, so I choose it . I would really need these lindens to plan my next steps, and if someone can help me with some tips! Have a great day all, and good sl!
  12. This is a simple question, I hope. I have not seen instances of Live Chat Maintenance for a few days. I was used to seeing segments of the daily Live Chat hours when Live Chat was not actually available, presumably during lunch breaks or something similar (the operators are human after all!). Recently there have not been entries on the Grid Status Page about these "down times". Have LL found a way to avoid such down times and improve Live Chat support or are these down times simply not being reported any longer? I hope it is the latter of course but with the absence of any mention of this last Rolling Restart to Main Server, I am a little curious. Have I missed an announcement somewhere? I read the Blogs regularly and have seen nothing in any that I have read.
  13. Hi Friends! I'm having a bunch of trouble with putting makeup on my avi. I've tried a couple of different eyeliner options by different brands, and I've noticed the end of the eyeliner always points down instead of up. Does anyone know how I can fix this, or is my face causing the issue? https://imgur.com/7OcXlZo For further reference I use a genus head. Additionally, When I try on makeup demos (specifically eyeliner and eyeshadow demos) I can't detach them! I click detach and nothing happens. The makeup is still there. I tried deleting the demo from my inventory and I now have one eye with makeup on! Please help! Thank you kind people in advance.

  15. Hello, I just recently got a new Alienware m15x R3 laptop. I was all excited to log into the game with the new system, but I'm getting some real odd graphical issues that I didn't have with my old laptop. I was able to troubleshoot some of the issues as being caused by the anti-virus program that came with the laptop. I'm still not able to find what's causing this issue. Can you identify what's going on in this picture?

(as usual) secondlife.com ... can't login. https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/ is NOT available. Couldn't you make a support site that stays available when login doesn't work no more? Logged onto the website tonight to ask support for a region restart via Live Chat. why's there a bot called boxy 3000 filling my support chat window? Do you not think if I'm using Live Chat I actually know WHAT i want instead of multiple choice?. Opinions from other users? @Patch Lindenwhat's going on?
  21. support does not give support. for those about 50 times that I applied for support, I have never been provided with qualified assistance. on the contrary, when I asked to protect me from a famous "merchant" who by threats and obscene expressions and insults demanded to remove the objectionable review, I asked for an investigation. as a result, my own account was frozen for three days without any explanation. Also, for example, during a griefer attack, my property was damaged - the scripts stopped functioning, I asked for help, but I received only the on-duty phrases “we are very sorry”. fortunately managed to make a redelivery. now i just have to run from griefers. and the last time when I asked them for help to remove a review with insulting remarks from a dishonest buyer who received a refund and refused my help, in the end I was only recommended to put a flag on and wait. (waiting for the fourth day, nervous, bad sleeping). due to such inaction, forced to break the rules. I came to the conclusion that support exists for impressionable noobs; I have to solve the real problems myself.
  22. ... that many shop owners are trying their best to help their customers, if the bought product is not working as expected. So If you might have a problem with a product you bought in Marketplace, please please please always contact the shop owners BEFORE writing a BAD REVIEW about the product! In case of the shop owner does not react on your support request or the product is still not working, so you still have the ability to write a bad review ... and then its fair, cause you gave them a chance of solving the problem. Thank you!
  23. Hello to everyone! First of all, I was not logging into Second Life for a long time. On April 13, I entered my account to send Linden to my girlfriend and bought a linden worth $ 5.35 on my credit card. Even though this money was taken from my card, my lindenes were not given to me. After that, I sent a message to the support team explaining the situation and they returned within 3 days. In the answer given to me, I was asked to answer security questions. But I couldn't remember the name of my pet. I told this to the support staff, but the response sent 1 day later was the same, I was asked to answer the security steps again. Since I could not enter the game for a long time, I could not answer. I sent my bank payment history, that is, the picture of second life withdrawing money from my account. I did my best to prove that the account I used was mine. And finally I answered the Security question that I thought I remembered and sent a message back to the support team, it has been 4 days since I sent the message and there is still no answer. I can't get 1000 Linden, which I've been paying for 9 days, and no one helps me. If you support me here, maybe they will give me a refund, at least this process will speed up. I am waiting for your help, thank you.
  24. Wondering if anyone has heard whether SL may be offering their memberships at a discounted rate for a short time during this COVID-19 situation. Many people are out of work, short on cash and stuck at home. Would be a great time to get some SL members stimulating the "SL economy" and help those who may be at home alone and rely on SL for interaction :) Just a thought.
