Hi all I'm by no means a newbie (born 2006!) but I don't know how to fix this long-standing problem. The issue is that when I sit on any seat my avatar sinks into the chair or seat. I have to use the hover to raise my av so it looks like I'm sitting normally. However, when I stand up, I am hovering about a foot above the ground and have to re-adjust the hover down again. Is there an obvious fix I am missing? I have a Slink Physique body and my av is not tall or particularly short (2m tall according to Appearance). I'm using Vista Rachel AO - both the regular and short av versions create the same problem with sitting/standing. I'll be very grateful for any help anyone can offer.
Hello, current trying to script an attachment, i do not fond a way to address two issues: 1) how Can i do a people Can sit on an already worn attachment. 2) how to avoid collision and conflicts between two avatars on order that both could share the same volume (ie. One avi could appear or be hidden inside another one). May someone know how to address these issues? On full Perm script... I ve Heard about some items with docs that allow 1), but never round this and on doubt that scripts could be full perm; sont not usable on own design items. Please to let me know whenever there are some scripting solution. Ty
Hi. I want to find out what the owner/wearer of the script's prim (a HUD) is sitting on. I can see that llGetAttachedList shows an avatar's attachments, but can't find anything showing what they are sitting on. Alternatively, I see llAvatarOnSitTarget will tell me who is sitting on an object, but I can't see any way to list nearby objects which I can test. Can anybody suggest a way do do this? Thanks a lot.
Hello everybody, i have small question, How can i check if the user that touch the object is sitting? i have try using this key avatarsiting = llAvatarOnSitTarget(); llSay(0,"avatarsiting "+(string)avatarsiting); key touchingAvatar = llDetectedKey(0); llSay(0,"touchingAvatar " +(string)touchingAvatar); To compare but if 2 avatars are sitting on the same object the avatarsiting allways is the first that was sit, Thanks for any help or advise...
