Black Acre Rentals is a very small rental company managing 4 exclusive private residential parcels that are available to rent on two homesteads located on a three-region estate. Currently there are only 2 homes available, a waterfront parcel (Cedar Glen) and a cliffside view (Oakhurst), both are 1,000 prims for 2,000L per week. We pride ourselves in great customer service and have a large inventory of houses if you would like to switch the house out, tweak the terrain/landscaping, or possibly rez your own home (so long as it fits the aesthetic of the regions). Renters enjoy a quiet, low-lag environment with full estate two-hour rez rights so you can drive around, use the beach, campground, or grab a bite to eat at the Rodex diner near the mall.
