My friends want me to get back into Second Life. But, all my inventory items and friends list has vanished. I don't know if Second Life can just reset your account. I just need help figuring out what happened to everything I had.

I turn off all group notices/instant messages of all groups I join. Methodic, no question. Equal peeve about message cap notices, when I am on every day and they still get capped (because of all the notices) - so I turn it all off, always have, always will. This has worked predictable in the past for years, it always takes, most of my groups are whittled down to those I frequent a lot so there isn't much change in groups... Today I notice I have blue-dot/chiclets all across the top of my screen for Group IM discussions - to then check to find out that all 69 of my groups now have Yes-Receive Group Instant Messages checked. Whatever happened, it did not reset "Receive group notices" or "Show in my profile" - it only added a checkmark to the "Receive group instant messages" option to every single group I have. Now I am opening all groups and resaving. I recall no "group setting" were I as a user could "accidentally" reset all those myself in one/two clicks, or a user bulk-change... I could be wrong and if so correct me please if there is a setting like that, but... What new madness is this?

Hey guys! Hoping I can pick the hive mind a bit. I am recently back from a loong SL break. I have noticed that since being back, my Marketplace has been disabled.. rendering me unable to create/sell or resell items on marketplace. My other avi's marketplace is fine and still up and working and has been "offline" just as long as this one. I have tried every troubleshooting method I can think of, short of filing a ticket with LL. 1) STORE SET UP > EDIT STORE INFO > STORE DISABLED 2) STORE SET UP > VIEW MY STORE > WE'RE SORRY, BUT THIS STORE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE 3) HELP RESOURCES > MANAGING YOUR STORE > (FORUM) MANAGING YOUR MARKETPLACE STORE None of these have given me any resolution as to how I can "Enable" or "Reset" my marketplace. >:/ Any help would be MUCH appreciated. I have also attached screenshots of what I mean.

A friend of mine cannot reset her password. She goes to the password reset page, punches in her name, and instead of a page saying "We've Sent you an Email" she gets nothing but a blank white page. I've tried doing the same, punching in her name and I get the same white page. What gives?

Hello Animation Forum I'm trying to find the best way to reset bento animations, so when an animation is stopped, the avatar's face will reset back to its original configuration. Ideas would be very welcome since I seem stuck. best regards Freja

I use Alchemy as my viewer. As of a few minutes ago it told me it couldn't auto-fill my name and password. Which I had set to saved.... So I did it myself. Then it told me it had trouble logging in and gave me the option to teleport home, which I did. And when I logged in all my settings were back to default. I have had to reset my toolbar and everything, including the custom colors I had saved in my edit color bar. What happened? This has never occurred before and I've been on SL for years.

A HUD I have created is giving issues for some users, any time they relog. Either several variables are cleared to their default value, or the scripts inside reset entirely, this is still slightly unclear, especially since I cannot replicate the error on my end. Strangely, this only happens to some people, and for those it does happen to, making sure there is no other HUD attached to the same attachment point seems to prevent it. Anyone have a clue what might be causing this, and how I solve it? In case it's relevant, this issue started appearing when I split up functionality over multiple scripts, communicating through link messages. The only time the script is actually supposed to reset is when the changed owner event is triggered.

Please help. I reset my password, failed to write it down. then asked to reset, I did not remember my security question answer. It asked me to fill in names of 3 friends from my list...but I did not know their full names...never thought to memorize all of them..if that is even possible. What can i do now? I submitted a ticket, and they sent auto reply with a case number....how long does it take for them to help me? I am locked out of my account and can't even keep trying to guess my password. Am I going to lose my account with that avatar? I am heavily invested there.??

I need help. It has been over a month but has not been initialized yet.
