This is a lovely, peaceful area with quiet neighbours. There is abandoned land behind and partially to one side of this plot, so there is room to extend if you wanted to also purchase that abandoned land from LL. If I cannot sell for this low price I will be abandoning the land this week, as out of principle I wouldn't go any lower on the price, as it is easily worth more. I would just like a quick sale if possible. I can include a spacious, modern houseboat from Starmark Creations, or a house from Scarlet Creative or Inverse - I have a few different ones, so I can demo these if you like, and you can choose one if you want one. The houseboat or house will be included as objects in the sale, so there won't be extra charge for these. Be part of an awesome private sim - rent a 1/4 region residential We share 50/25/25- no dramas - must be serious and reliable. The SIM in mind is called The Celestial Realm. This is a SIM not a modern industrial one. More ambient. I occupy a half (50) and a friend another 1/4 (25) and we are looking for a new resident to take over the other 1/4. It would be a ratio of the full teir amount depending what size you want. Also OK if partner wants to rent some of their quarter to others to supplement their tiers or for profit. A new partner would be paying a low USD 65 58 (standard cost). The ratio would change dependent on what size the new person wanted if a smaller section. Payments are due before the 5th of each month - Paypal preferred. Can pay in Lindens on the understanding that when the exchange back to USD is made that it equals 65 58 USD in Lindens paid. My half has a tavern for events if required and is pirate friendly, petite friendly, furry friendly etc. Terraforming of the 1/4 parcel is allowed. The SIM owners are free to landscape their 1/4 (quarter). My half of the SIM is open for exploration and fun by all the residents. Sort of an old world/natural feel.
