I have been having issues with payment on second life for about two weeks now. I made my first account which I connected to my visa debit card, which I came to realise was not a supported payment type. I then switched to PayPal, did not work, my payments kept coming back as failed or declined. I then installed Skrill (in each my account was verified), and same issue again. i decided to make a new account and just added Skrill as my payment type and received a new error message this time, that is “ we are unable to complete your request.. You can’t exchange currency… click here for more info” I live in Ireland so my main currency is euro, however I have automatically changed to usd on my Skrill balance, so idk what the issue is. could anyone advise on this? would getting a credit card instead solve anything? any help is appreciated

Found a mysterious card on my account today after seeing "payment info used" on my profile Changed password and removed the card I'm hoping there's a way to removed the status "payment info used" from the profile though and change it back. It's been about an hour since removing the card and I have logged out and logged back in but it still sits there in the profile. Didn't see anything changed on my account, my Ls are still there, and don't see any weird purchase history. I just want the profile to go back to saying it doesn't have payment info. Is there a solution to this?

Hi In my second life account, I want to change my payment method because my present credit card is expired. so I add new credit card avalialbe but it's not registerd. And then I remove my older credit card and retry this but it's failed too First, why adding process do not function? second, If I would not cost the premium fee right now, what happen?

Good day! Sorry, if I something did not understand, but... I tried to add payment method and have entered all the parameters, all of which was *, but writes me an error. And this is already happening the second day.

I just created an account today, a second one for myself, and it won't let me use my credit card that is on my main account. I know it's a silly question, but could someone help me get this card added? This is not the account I made just today by the way.

Hi All! I have been having issues buying L$. I have tried using My Credit Card (That i figured is not accepted because it being prepaid), And also my Debit card. (Both these cards never failed me anywhere online). Then i created a Skrill account got it verified. (Did some test payments someplaces which worked without a hitch), Also uploaded funds to my skrill account just to make sure everything goes smoothly (It has more funds than the amount of L$'s i am trying to buy) On second life though, its another story. It says payment method added successfully (Skrill) and verification transaction proceeds smoothly. Its still not letting me Buy L$'s and throws an error. "There was an Error Processing your payment". (System_Declined) I have already tried contacting Skrill they say its clear on their end, and gave me an email to contact "skrill@lindenlab.com", I am still awaiting their reply after 7 days. Also tried contacting support and they just said Without any reason, help, support what so ever. and they closed the ticket. Can anyone help me with this please. This is very frustrating. Hello, I have been introduced to Remitly, (https://www.remitly.com) which is like Paypal and Skrill but has much better integration with local banks outside US, making it easier and simpler to transfer funds directly to bank account without having to transfer to a debit card first. Let me suggest to Linden Labs to add the option to add a Remitly account to our "Payment methods" so we can transfer money into an account in their service. Pretty please!
