commission Looking for mesh artist for custom work

Hello there, I wonder if I could find someone around our community to make a custom 18th century gown for me. I want to open a store, but I'm not very good in mesh - the gown would need to be full perm and fit maitreya mesh body. I want the gown to look like this: and from the front: (but with the waist looking more elegant, less wide on this area: http://prntscr.com/jwgdja ). It was surprising to find no threads here when searching for Zooby babies, specifically hot to make clothes and shoes from the kits they sell in their store. Has no one tried it or have the people who've succeeded kept to themselves bc they can market clothes? I've also searched online and asked at the different learning centers in SL and a number of the building sites. I could find no classes, no tutors, no way to get help. Here's the issue. A friend of mine who has advanced computer skills with relative applications (GIS, mapping, etc.) who is very accomplished and quick to learn and pick up new skills is getting very frustrated trying to make an outfit. Hello, This is my first time on SL and my first time wanting to create something for it. I joined basically so i could do this as i think it's the coolest thing in the world right now. As I tend to learn by asking and figuring out the basics. I have a few questions before I get into making my mesh. Is there a specific poly limit? What about size? how does one rig the mesh, is there a default skeleton? I want to make a humanoid with a tail, can the tail be included in the mesh? I know i should use "Collada" (using blender) and export as .DAE but is there anything else format wise to be wary of? what about making weight maps and texture maps? Same as regular or are there constraints I should be wary of? let me know, and if you have any links to useful tutorials and information send them my way Thanks guys!

I have no experience in making avatars or avatar bases/mesh (If that's what they are called). I want someone's help who has knowledge of how to make an avatar mesh or turn a character into an avatar. I really want to be different. I will pay 10000 in L$ to anyone who can make an avatar out of my character only for me (<color=red>I don't want anyone wearing my character.</color>) Anthro or Feral will do. If you have any proof of your skill in making Avatars, post or PM me a link to one of your Avatar creations so that I know that you're a creator. We will discuss further in PMs. I will post a picture of my name tag.
