The SL experience of Emory Haven is reopening as a scenic modern fantasy setting and we're doing things a little differently. It sits on a busy trade route and attracts many travelers both by sea and across the great deserts of the Tahari who wish to experience the Sultan's well known generosity. They rest in silken tents nestled in golden dunes set against firey red dusks, The heavy scent of wild orchids that grow freely trough the ruins of the ancient Temple of Mos Maiorum enlivening the senses. It is said that Va'oli brings all who stay, good fortune, improved health and well-being. Some say it's the mineral rich waters... the fresh air and the temperate climate...still other say there is an old Magic at work... seek the Haruspex to ask the Fates of your future...and petition the old Gods for their favors. Morathai is an Ancient land divided into five clan realms. Each clan has its unique races written and designed for the sim.. and every clan also has something to offer to the other clans.   11. I Am in the process of writing for a medieval fantasy sim. The sim is divided into clans. Right now we need two mores queens and king to fill the remaining three clans. Two of those clans are aligned with good, the third is neutral! I Am primarily looking to fill the position of the magical queen or king. It does not matter if the LEAD is king of queen. How ever they would be playing my mother or father. So They would have to be a witch or a elf! Or both. it is lead position, so you would be in charge of that clan within the boundaries of the story line. There are a variety of races allowed and it is an Adult rated RP Sim. Preferably para rp is desired. little bit of background on the sim. The world in which this sim takes place, was created by the supreme beings of the infinite ones. A small group of them came together and made this world. And divided it up into five clans. Each being built and created a clan in its mirror image. The supreme beings are only figure heads, they will not be played they are simply part of the history! Now the clans are divided.. Some get along, some dont.. All clans have something to offer the others to keep doors and communication open. Some clans are on the brink of war.   16. Morning/Afternoon/Evening or somewhere between, I am looking for a Tavern. Not just any old tavern but one that is independent of any sim. There was one a while back and now I can't remember. So looking here for one. I want to be able to Roleplay away from the sim I am on for a "Travel" roleplay and need to find something medieval fantasy with a touch of magic(that allows dragons) to do this. (Purgatory to Pridians) - Earth Federation (Arth Federation) estimates the chance of survival post global catastrophe to be minimal. Preparations to find a new home world are set in place. - Gaia Project begins with the founding of the Gaia Federation. - Plans for Gaia Ark are set in place to traverse the galaxy in search of a new home world. 2062 eBI - Gaia Ark is completed. - Pride is located and determined to be the most viable location for colonization. 2057 eBI - Apocalyptic estimations prove to be valid and those chosen for the Gaia Project are chosen in preparation to launch for Pride. - Gaia Ark is launched. 2037 eBI - Gaia Ark crash lands on Pride after calculations for entry being incorrect. Mana Storms violently take down the Gaia Ark. A Space Craft with 250,000 passenger’s losses 34% of all life onboard, including the lead of the project Director Victor Seth. - 165,000 passengers prepare for colonization. - Three project leads remain only recalled to as The Envoy, The Engineer, and The Baron. Each having their own objective and goal. 2035 eBI - Relations break down between project leads after disagreements in what the Director’s original plans meant to implement. 2030 eBI - The Project leads decide to send an excavation and exploration team down into the deeper levels of the planet upon determining an unknown frequency below (Gaia Federation had already known of Mana deposits.) The hollow chambers of Pride proved to be viable for life. Each level was quartered off for living space. Called Divided Environmental Coordinates of our Kingdom. DECKs - The Envoy establishes a capitol upon the upper decks, claiming DECK 15 to 12 to be bureaucratic territory. It was dubbed Missus. - The Engineer and his large contingent of the project citizenry and staff descend to DECKs 11 to 5. The Region was known as Ipsum. - After finding the lower level to be too dangerous for colonization at the time, the lowest DECKs were deemed uninhabitable. Going against the council of the other leading figures in Missus, The Baron descended to the lowest levels with his department. From DECK 4-1 It became known as Baro. 2020 eBI - Baro discovers Mana, beginning study on its affects and potential applicability as a resourceful commodity. - Missus decided along with Ipsum to disavow Baro as a part of the Federation. - Mana is deemed dangerous, costly, and invaluable by Missus. Trade of Mana is rendered illegal. 2019 eBI - Baro discovers value in Mana continuing study if its effects. - Trade embargo is placed against Baro. 2010 eBI - Skirmishes between Baro and Ipsum breakout due to illegal trade between smugglers supported by Baro. 2008 eBI - Mana Wars begin. - Missus and Ipsum forge an alliance to remove the supposed threat of Baro and its ever growing industrial economy. 2000 eBI -Baro proves to have developed weapons of mass destruction. 605 eBI - Mana Wars End - Baro Rangers are imprisoned, majority of them were ordered to serve the Missus-Ipsum Alliance Forces. “Mostly” Non-Officers. 604 eBI - Lacum Inferos is sealed off to non-work related traffic and slowly begins evacuation to higher DECKs. - Missus and Ipsum clear operations in Baro for Mana drilling. 595 eBI - Unified Continental Republic of Pride is formed upon signing of treaty. - Majority of the “Baro Rogue Rangers” are integrated into the UCF Military Forces as direct action combatants that were highly functional in war time, yet without spilling Missiish or Ipsuman blood. 589 eBI - The Riots of Unity Square, where Baro and Ipsum are adjacent result in mass civilian casualties after the Baro Rogue Rangers were used as the primary contingent for subduing the uprise. As a result of this ill action by native Baro soldiers it permanently hindered relations between Baro and the upper DECKs, Missus decreed the Reformation Act of 589. In this decreed it was determined that the Rogue Rangers needed to be under the direct command of Guard Officers to ensure that the capital’s best interests were kept. 587 eBI - 77 Baro Rogue Rangers revolt against the Continental Guard Officer in charge, resulting in 48 Ranger deaths before a surrender was forced. All Rangers are arrested on war crimes against the capital, the revolted being sentence to exile in the Badlands. - 2 Months after the Rogue Revolt, the Baro Rogue Rangers are released under orders to strictly service the UCR’s interests. New Continental Guard Officers were assigned to trained and reform the Baro Rogue Rangers, renaming the detachment, the Royal Rangers. Non-Baro citizenry was then officially allowed to join the Royal Rangers, with the hope that the new populace would dilute the pre-war aggressions and instill a new reformed element of specialized war fighters. 559 eBI - The Badlands form an alliance between prisoners. The survivalists were kept and recruited, and the weak were disposed of. - Raiders find alternative ways back into UCR territory. 403 eBI - First Raider attacks on the UCR are implemented. - Raider attacks continue for 332 days. - “Royal Rangers” are used for the first time against the Raider threat. 402 - The location of the Raider's primary entry is discovered. - Raider attacks on the UCR cease after 332 days. - Baro is left a war ravaged Ruin. 400 - Project Stimuli is created with conditions to restore the Baro region. 361 - Baro creates conflict in form of protest after not finding the results Missus promised to have been fully implemented. 359 - Baro Act is set in place to thwart all violent resistance in Baro. Imprisonment of suspicious individuals of resistance nature are to be arrested. - First sign of aggressive resistance from the New Baro people is encountered in the UCR. 30 eBI - Regius D. Cerulian I is elected Prime Minister. - Inquisitor Program is formed to investigate and thwart any rising threats against the republic, primarily counter insurgency. - The Ministry is established in the Capital City, serving as the governing body of Pride. 32 eBI - Syndicate 43 smuggles various commodities through decks 3-4. Weapons and Technology being a major trade. - Plans for Mana Based weapons are created using schematics and technology from Baro. 34 eBI - Heavy Mana Operated weapons are produced as prototypes. 9eBI - First contact with the first Titans results in ill relations due to increased Mana Operations. - Lacum Inferos is rendered a dead zone and all operations are ceased below DECK 3. 0 eBI - First Titan Incursion takes place in Baro. - UCR Forces are devastated and vastly diminished, being pushed out of Baro by Titans. Civilians in Baro being left behind. - Regius D. Cerulean II is elected at age 45. 1 ePI - New Era (era Post Incursion) begins with the intent of forging a powerful war economy that will be able to dismantle any given threat. 3 ePI - Extreme preparation for another incursion is set in place. 6 ePI - Project Lancer begins. - Crusader Class Heavy Armored vehicles are placed into service along with the Aerial Cutlass. - Royal Crusaders and Royal Rangers are trained in uniformed tactics to fight as a single team. The Rangers serving as the ground force of the Crusaders, while the Royal Crusade Division severe as the Heavy Armored vehicles to delivery and support long term war efforts. - Aerial Dragoons are trained and placed into service. - Sageous Cerulean is born. 8 ePI - Aeon Godrick is born. 12 ePI - First Lancers are Knighted. - Leon Godrick in Knighted as one of the first lancers. 13 ePI - Second Incursion takes place. - Titan threat is thwarted. All Titans are pushed back into the lowest depths of Lacum Inferos. - Leon Godrick dies fighting the Titans in Lacum Inferos. 23 ePI - Rebel Resistance on Pride begins to rise. - Regius D. Cerulean II is assassinated. - Regius D. Cerulean III is elected 23rd Prime Minister of the UCR. - “Static Conflict” Begins. (Between Rebel Resistance and the UCR.) - The UCR sends the Crusaders along with the Royal Rangers into the Badlands to colonize and eradicate the Raiders. Primary objective was to scout for an alternative source of Mana. “Operation Holy Grail” begins. 32 ePI - Sageous becomes the first Omega Grade Lancer, retaining the rank of General at age 27. ----------Chapter 1---------- 33 ePI - The Task Well is found by Doctor Zweihander. - First excavation into Lacum Inferos takes place after 42 years of inactivity. - Doctor Zweihander disappears with his excavation team. - “Mass Disappearance” takes place. - Feign Empire forms. - Rebel resistance joins up with Feign Legion as Feign Independent Militia. - Feign War begins. 34 ePI - Sageous deserts the UCR. - Titans resurface on Pride. Combat System: Dice Based At the third week of each month an Activity Attendance Report is sent out in a notice via “your character’s faction”. This is done in order to track progress and activity between characters. Each report given to the players will be granted a week before level rewards are given out. At the beginning of each month the level rewards requests will be sent to the GMs for review, and then the Faction Leaders will post the level rewards for that month. Internal faction promotions do not coincide with Combat Rank, though it is a common rule of thumb that most ranks are to be aligned with an average level for each rank. Once you reach zero, your character has been defeated. --- [DEF] Defense- This determines how high someone must roll in order to beat your defense score, in order to land a successful hit. Ex: If you have a defense score of 12, someone must roll a 12 or above in order to beat your DEF and decrease a point from your HP. --- [ATK] Attack- Your attack determines what modifiers you get towards your roll. Ex: If you have an [ATK:+2] and roll a 13 on a d20, you would instead have rolled a 15 with modifiers applied. --- [MP] Mana Points- Mana Points are special ability points. Each time you use a mana point, it increased your AT by +2 to increase the success of each roll. When you run out of action points, you can no longer use them to enhance your roll with modifiers. Attributes: Each attributed ability can earn up to 3 points/stars in each category. With each level you earn, you also gain an addition ability point to add to any one of the categories below. These stats determine additional success in situations. Strength- This is a measure of your raw physical power. We have events running and feature a dynamic seasonal shift that effects the roleplay environment along with faction events and general role play.
