Hello I'm Alivia I'm a DJ I'm looking to work as a DJ in clubs My favorite genre is trance also play electro big room trap psy breakbeat PS I'm not a mic DJ mcing ruins the set the above mentioned genres are not for mcin cause ruin the atmosphere u build be it harmonic technique or any other. I mentioned this cause I saw ppl asking to mc. I live in Greece so the times I can DJ are from like 6pm gmt3 to like 02 am gmt3 means 8am SL time to 2pm SL that's for week days weekends ofc I can do way more hours. 1 unique about me is I can mix any were that's cause ofc I known to count music etc I love mix on the builds as it gives more dynamic but ofc I can also do the boring seamless transitions he he or whatever I have also ofc a 320 stream unlimited listeners my music again ofc is 320 n flac mostly from beatport n juno Also I forgot to say I'm so bored filling application's hihi can mix few tracks on the fly anytime if u wanna test me etc Meowwwwww I'm new here btw n ty in advance for taking the time to read this plz message me if u want dj

Hello My name is Alivia im a dj with lots of experience favorite Genre Trance also play electro-big room-trap-breakbeat psytrance Goa psychedelic . 1) Im not a mic dj (radio djs etc) im a mix dj and its a big difference with other kind of djs as to what u do when u perform(nothing wrong with that its just different style n different stuff u do) 2)im very social person tho i dont mic cause its my trance philosophy im still social n participate in local chat u will be amazed how much i can participate in local tho i live mix its simple i know my stuff. i have a 320 stream with unlimited listeners with close to 100% uptime (never let me down so far) here is a link of the stream service i use https://geckohost.nz/order/aff.php?aff=32 now about the quality i kinda have a thing with quality thus the 320 stream thus i only buy 320 or flac but i recently learned that this game dont work very good with 320 stream but no problem i can set my stream lower. About my djs skills : i dont know what ppl do here as im 6 days here but personaly i live mix n that means for those that dont know i certenly dont play a track all the duration n just do a transition before track ends that thing an auto dj can do it ....I mix about the way i mix : i love mix on the builds this mean on second build i mix another so each track is played from 45 secs to max 2 mins depending the track and what is my goal for specific party so no 12 tracks per hour i love action that the particular style offers dynamic to the party n not let ppl sit n i love it ofc there other styles like build atmospere n keep it there but i can do everything but again i preffer make crowed go wild n hands up HOW I MIX:there are many ways to mix 2 tracks from a simple transition to break fade to loop transition etc i do everything important : i can take requests of the genres i play as long us i have the track its not my philosophy to download a track fast from Youtube to play it cause someone requested it YTquality sucks n its not good for the producers n creators of those awesome tracks . also if i have the time i can fast buy it from beatport or juno that are my main sources of the music i have but its kinda hard mixing n persuasing music n download same time . Now why i mention all this reason is simple ,i try be proffesional so here that i make this thread i think its important to say what i do n dont etc thats the simple reason i mention all above said i live in Greece so the times I can DJ are from like 6pm gmt3 to like 02 am gmt3 means 8am SL time to 2pm SL that's for week days weekends i can do same hours but way earlier n way after . Hosts will provide interaction with patrons of Music Underground with a fun and energetic experience free of drama. Hosts will welcome all new and returning patrons. Hosts will encourage crowd participation, post notices in regards to the show in the Group and Elite chats. Hosts will promote Music Underground Facebook, Flikr, Elite Group, and upcoming events. Hosts will not engage in arguing or drama with patrons. If issues arise, contact a manager. Hosts will not engage in negative comments in local or group chats. Hosts will contact the previous Host 15 minutes before set end. Hosts will promote the next show 30 minutes and 15 minutes before show end. Hosts will do a group welcome at the beginning of a show and half time. Hosts will thank the crowd at end of the show. Host will welcome oncoming DJ and Hosts. Hosts will encourage tipping the DJ at 15 and 45 minutes. Hosts will promote Elite Membership 20, 40, 80, and 100 minutes into the sets. (ex: 1220, 1240, 0120, 0140.) Hosts will encourage TPing of guests at the beginning of set, 30 minutes, half time 30 minutes before end of set. Host pay is 90% of tips. 10% is for the club to help pay tier, promotion, and prizes.

DJ's will play live music based on a schedule after passing an interview and audition. DJ's playing in the Peak Performance times, must utilize a microphone. DJ's will play for a one or two hour slot. (Tag Team DJing is ok, but both DJ's must audition together.) DJ's will engage the audience either through microphone or messaging every show. DJ's are required to check in with the Manager 30 minutes prior to set. If a DJ is a no call/no show, Music Underground may terminate employment. If a DJ cannot spin, a minimum of 24 hour notice is preferred. Missing more than 2 shifts in a month may constitute a dismissal from Music Underground employment. DJ's will promote the upcoming DJ at 30 minutes and 15 minutes before end of set. DJ's will notify the current DJ 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift. DJ's leaving their shift will follow the following countdown procedure: 1. Notify oncoming DJ of 10 minutes before end of set. 2. Notify oncoming DJ of 5 minutes before end of set. 3. Leave the stage and tip jar 3 minutes before the end of set. 4. Notify oncoming DJ that tip jar and stage is theirs. 5. Notify oncoming DJ of 2 minutes before end of set. 6. Notify oncoming DJ of 1 minute before end of set. 7. Notify oncoming DJ of 30 seconds, next is go before end of set. 8. Notify oncoming DJ of a "GO" at the end of set. Dj's may promote their DJ group once per hour of a set. Dj's will not use the microphone to belittle or shame patrons. This includes ex's or ex friends. Dj's will not use their position in a negative way to harm any patron or the reputation of Music Underground. DJ pay is 90% of tips. 10% is for the club to help pay tier, promotion, and prizes.

Music Underground Manager Job Description Managers will moderate Music Underground Club by upholding the rules of the club. Managers will monitor for griefers and moderate inappropriate patrons. Managers may eject and ban for: 1. Griefers 2. After speaking to an inappropriate patron. Patrons must be reached in IM in a professional manner. All conversations will need to be Gyazo or Screencaptured and turned into the Owners to document. 3. Inappropriate *****. Managing talent: 1. DJ and Host call is 30 minutes before the start of the set. 2. Managers will be responsible for making sure any vacant slots are filled by reaching out to other talent to fill it. - If a Host does not show and a backup cannot be found, the Manager will step into the role of host. The manger will receive the Host tip + manager payout. - If a DJ does not show and a backup DJ cannot be found, the Manager can step into the role of DJ or ensure that BRM Radio is playing on the land and organize a trivia game earning the DJ tip + Manager payout. 3. Managers will keep track of talent cancellations and replacements on the online spreadsheet, marking back ups and pick ups. 4. Managers will moderate simple grievances and ensure that negative comments stay out of the staff chat and attend to grievances in IM. 5. Managers will ensure that casual chat is not allowed in the staff chat. 6. Ensure that all new talent have the appropriate tags and ability to load their streams. IF there are issues with the Shoutcast, Managers will manually insert the streams into the land. Managing Elite Members: 1, Elite Members will have concierge services through the Managers. 2. Managers will moderate the Elite Members chat group and address any issues that arise. If an Elite Member issue cannot be resolved, the Manager will contact an Owner. 3. Managers will promote the Elite Member group once per hour during performances and will promote the raffle items for the next month. This can be done through a NC copy/paste. Manager pay: 1. Managers will receive a 5% of all tips during their shift. 2. At the end of the month, after tier has been paid, raffles have been paid, and hourly Elite give away has been paid, the profits will be split with the Managers based on their involvement level. 50% of the profits at the end of the month will go to managers to be divided by the number of Managers and hours put in. For example: If there are 4 managers who put in equal time and the 50% profit for Manager split is 10,000L, each manager would earn a bonus of 2500L at end of month. Weight will be added to number of hours a Manager works to the split of the bonus money at the end of the month. ***Managers that run efficient shifts, ensure that SL Event postings are done, and promote Elite Members, the higher the tip and bonus money will be for the Manager.
