Beach huts, Barn Stalls and Barn Attics are not parcelled, however. Extra prims available upon request. My rentals are 4L a prim. I know this rent is high, but I like to think I am selling you an experience and a lifestyle, not just some prims on a parcel and a nice home. Tenants and Guests are free to use the whole sim, just be sure to please tidy up prims that aren't in your parcel. Please note that this sim is designed to be walked on foot, not cammed around. There is a lot of fauna to see here and a lot of hidden spots on the sim, so a good computer and internet connection for exploring off the path is recommended. ❤ All of my soul went into creating this sim for you guys and I really hope you enjoy it! Parcel Rentals available at Miriam Chung Estates Full Prim parcels are usually for home use, store, hangout, clubs, breedables, malls, roleplay etc. Small plots from 1,000sqm - 6,000sqm are either for home/store use only. Please be guided that clubs and breedables(with limit) are only allowed on 10,000 sqm - 32,000sqm. This is to make sure everyone gets a fair use on the sim and not drag the sim performance down due to massive clubs and breedables in one sim. We want to make sure that everyone gets a great experience with their land rentals. Also, for Roleplay the only land sizes these are allowed are on 16,000 - 32,000sqm only. We have 5 stalls available for rent in our stable at Shadewyck Rural Rentals. Each stall will provide its tenant with 50 prims of land impact for rezzing and access to two regions for riding along dirt roads, trails, beaches, and other open space between our rural home rentals. This is a good opportunity for those who RP as horses or those who simply wish to have a place to rez their favorite pet. The regions are very quiet and beautifully landscaped for everyone's enjoyment. Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone was interested in living on a medieval themed community sim? I havent made it yet. Im trying to see if there is any sort of interest first. There will be a medieval themed town. A kingdom. Lots of awesome medieval tournaments (jousting, sword fights, archery etc...)role play and a few marketplaces. As well as lots and lots of hidden stuff to explore and trails to ride horses on! There will be about 50 housing rentals. Some in the town, some farms. I cant afford to make it if there isnt enough interest. Please let me know your thoughts -
