Yes, you reading it correctly, it is on sale for the very affordable 6000L! It is T-shaped, but the main land part of a great size for an elevated house as you can see with a perfect wide stretch for a private beach. You can keep the house there and helicopter is full perm. Other full perm houses/vehicles are available (though not as perfectly shaped for this land at the one on it (Trompe Loeil Maui Shores Cottage).

Excalibur Rentals has done it again! We have a gorgeous *Double* -Grid-Edge, full Adult sim for your rental pleasure! This would make an killer RP sim, because you can have pretty much whatever you want on it; from Breedables to feedables. We've seen some awesome setups on this sim from former renters; save us from chopping this up into tiny pieces! This is rolling hills, from green grass to sandy beach, with a lagoon or small pond in one corner. Excalibur Rentals is Breedable-Friendly, as well as Gorean-friendly. This sim also has killer sunsets, if you're running Region Windlight.
